UPDATE: The seller contacted me, apologized, and changed the size on the description from 5 inch to 4 inch. Great!! So if you want four-inch pans, these are high quality. I hope they do a deep dish 5-inch pan someday, because I want to make mini fruit pies, and those need a top and bottom crust, and there isn't room for two crusts plus filling in these shallower four-inch pans. But for smaller desserts, these are good quality. Kudos to the company for responding to a concern and fixing the problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These pie pans are not 5 inches. As you can see from the photo, the bowl is barely over 4 inches across. They are also very shallow, barely one inch deep. In the photos, I'm comparing them to tinfoil 5 inch pans. I bought these to replace the tin foil pans, because the foil pans leave a taste residue. On the positive side, these pie pans don't leave a taste residue. They also bake cleanly and evenly, and the pie came out without sticking. However, they hold about half a cup of filling is all. If the measurement was accurate, I would give these five stars. But they are not five inch pans.

This review is ONLY for the 4 mini loaf pans. I have not tried the other sizes, or styles Sadly, I will also be yet another person returning these mini baking pans. The ONLY reason is the size of the pans. I bake ALOT of mini quick breads. ie banana bread, blueberry bread, etc . My 9X5 loaf pan will hold 2C flour, 3/4 to1 C sugar, 3/4 to 1 C nuts or chocolate chips. These 4 pans all together are too narrow for that amount of batter. IF your quick bread recipe calls for that amount of batter, you will need to buy an extra set, just to get the 5 loaves needed for that amout of batter, then adjust your bake time. At least that was my experience. Perhaps others too based on the "Frequently Returned" note shown for only this piticular mini loaf pan set. It should be noted that none of the other sizes, or styles have that issue with frequent returns Everything else about these pans are great!!! ..Easy to use, stacks well for small spaces, very sturdy..and NOT aluminum, which is important to avoid that interaction with baking soda. If I need a different style pan in the future, I will come back to this brand though.

This is the only way to bake banana bread. Four mini loafs guarantee a uniform finished product. The picture shows eight pans. If you are going to do four…you might as well do eight.

I bought these mini loaf pans as they create perfect portions for 2 people. My old pans rusted so I set out to find a new set. I waited a little to review as I wanted to be sure they would perform well many times, not just once. They cooked evenly, cleaned with ease, both hand washing or dishwasher, and no rusting. Great set. May buy another set as well!

These are exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something I could bake corn in, not so much bread or cake or whatever. If you put a couple tablespoons of very high quality olive oil over top a cob of corn in one of these pans you get such amazing corn as a result. This is perfect for baking corn in oil!

We have a gas stove top. Spills and spatter from one burner often get on an unused burner. Somehow we got some CHEFMADE Mini Pie Pans and used them inverted to protect the burners not in use. (Over the burner and under the grate.) Yes, you have to remove it before you can use the burner, but it sure saves in the clean up later. We recently had to replace 3 of the 5 inch pans, but have not been able to find a 7 inch one yet. The new ones are bright and shiny and should last for years.

This is much smaller than the small loaf pans one finds in the US. Too small for me to use, although of good quality.

Because I live alone I love making small meat loaves for meal prep . Great also for small sweet loaves like Date walnut bread or Banana Bread . One to give away & one to keep . Very versatile loaf pans , of good quality , easy to clean & easy to store nestled together . Love them .
