Great product poor delivery.
I love the product but didn’t like the way it was packaged. The conditioner was in a huge bag with nothing wrapped around the product but a plastic bag. The conditioner leaked out and was all over the plastic bag. I think if it was packaged better, there wouldn’t be a leakage. This is an expensive conditioner. More care should be placed in delivering the product.

Made my hair greasy (it is usually on the dry side) My hair looked awful each time I used it until I gave up and went back to the blue bottle and my hair went back to normal

Combination with conditioner, leaves hair soft
My hairdresser uses this product and I was always curious as to why my hair felt soft each time I left the salon. She told me one day the name of the product. Since then, I have been using several Keratherapy products. This product in combination with the conditioner, leaves my hair soft and manageable. I love running my fingers thru my hair.

Smells great in the bottle, but a little fishy from the caviar extract before rinsing. Works well, though.
