Can it make copies of blue prints?

This plotter can print blueprints from the computer. However, in order to make copies from paper, it would have to be paired with a scanner. We also offer a variety of wide format scanners that can be easily paired with this plotter.

understand it is 36" wide but how long of a sheet can it print? could it print 36" by 96" for example?

It can print virtually any length, "Maximum Printable Length is limited by application, operating system and driver/RIP used (Application, version of application and operating system version may limit maximum length.)"

Can this print 20X30 sheets of paper fed into it? Not from a roll.

No. The largest paper that can be loaded is 11x17 😢. Everything else comes from the roll

Does this work to do shirt sublimation ?

Yes, I use mines for Sublimation. Just get Sublimation ink and understand it may void your warranty. But the warranty is only for a yr anyways - If not mistaken. You will then have to find a good color profile and setup which was the hardest part for me.
