Steps are already rusting!
Beware, because all three pool ladder steps are starting to rust, and I just had the ladder installed just a few weeks ago. Stainless steel should NOT rust!

The ladder is great but the rubber pieces to go on the bottom “legs” won’t fit.
The ladder is great but the rubber pieces to go on the bottom “legs” won’t fit. I had to order a replacement product.

Sturdy and Quality
I like that it looks like it is well made. It also seems to be sturdy. Only one person has actually used it so far.

Ladder is decent, item listing and seller are deceiving.
I purchased this ladder to install as a second ladder in my pool. I purchased the Aqua Select stainless steel ladder with Non-Slip Plastic Steps to match the first ladder in my pool. I was very specific with what I was looking for and purchased. Instead, I received the stainless steel ladder with Stainless Steel Steps. I contacted the seller who at first stated they did not control the listing but then said I purchased the ladder with stainless steel steps. I was very confused because I had this item on my Amazon list for months and it had always been the plastic steps. Since the response from the seller, the listing actually swapped from stainless steel steps to non-slip plastic steps several times without changing photos, the description only changed slightly. I don't understand how they can just change an item, especially something as significant as plastic vs. steel steps, but they have. As far as the quality of the ladder, the thin stainless steel tubing was bent in a few places. The holes where the steps attach are punched holes not drilled which caused slight bending in the tubing near the areas. The bumper plugs that rest against the side of the pool were very cheap. If I were keeping this ladder, I would definitely replace them. Overall, the ladder was decent but not great, I was mostly disappointed with the seller and listing. I am sending this ladder back and purchasing from another seller.
