If you've arrived at this page, you know a thing or two about cable quality. You will not find *authentic* Mogami cable for cheaper anywhere on the internet - this is the minimum advertised price Mogami requires.Yes, they are absurdly overpriced. It does not take a genius to figure out how much copper wire, braiding, and rubber cost to manufacture per yard.Understand, though, that with Mogami you are buying a lot more then just 'a cable'. The braiding (shielding) on these is the highest quality available. What does that mean? No more RF interference, aka beeeeeep beep beep beep beeeeep when your phone is about to ring. I have these running past 4 separate electronic devices and high-power electric cables on the path from my audio interface to my nearfeild monitors, and my monitors are totally silent. Not even a hint of hum. These cables also have extreme longevity: every time you bend a cable at all, you are killing its output integrity a little, and these are build to resist all but the most aggressive bending without sacrificing that quality. The gold plating is neat, but in terms of audio signal integrity the internals being finely made are way more important. As an acoustic engineer - who doesn't work for Mogami, despite what it might seem - it is my job to know these things, so I apologize for the nerdsplosion.Oh, and the final kicker? These come with a lifetime warranty. If these cease to function in any way (except by your own abuse), you can walk into any brick and mortar retailer who sells these and exchange them for new ones without even having proof of purchase or packaging. This alone is reason to justify the price.The signal chain from your DAW to your ears is only as strong as the weakest link, which technically always should be your speakers (terribly inefficient devices). Don't pollute the signal before it even gets anywhere. You won't regret going Mogami, despite the sticker shock.

Mogami cables are expensive but they are worth it. I got tired of dealing with cheaper cables that always failed. Have never had a Mogami cable fail yet, using them both for my own personal use and also heavy use at our church for our praise band. And the Mogami cables don’t affect your guitar tone like cheaper cables do.

I like these cables but not the price. I don't think your getting much of an advantage over the lesser brands. The build quality seems superior over other brands and a lifetime warranty. In the future i will be purchasing a different brand.

No doubt these are great cables in every way. With Mogami you are getting a lot more then just 'a cable'. The shielding of these cables is the best available. No more hum and RF interference. My monitors are dead silent. I use these cables with JBL LSR305 active monitors and it is a sublime combination. Mogami cables also have remarkable longevity. Buy them with CONFIDENCE. Satisfaction guaranteed !!!

These are expensive but worth every penny. I used these to attach my studio monitors to my audio interface (Focusrite) & they work flawlessly.

Purchased as a pair, these Mogami cables for use as line out from an audio interface into active monitors. Resolved extraneous hum, increased bass response. Previous cables used were Mogami Gold TRS, so the balanced TRS to XLR are worth the additional expense to gain the results needed for home studio usage!

Excellent product. I noticed the difference in sound. I compared the Mogami cables with my York cables and there is no question that Mogami was the winner. I would highly recommend these cables. I use the cable to connect my Synthesizer to my Audio interface to my Studio monitors. The only dislike is the shipping changes, as well as this company charges tax on the shipping amount.
