Architectural Mailboxes Princeton Locking Wall Mount Mailbox, Black, Medium

I travel intermittently for up to 3 weeks at a time. In the past, I would have my neighbor collect my mail, but she found this “too stressful,” especially if it rained. I then started putting my mail on hold, but sometimes my mail would still be delivered on the first day or two after I left, and delivery did not always resume on time after my return. So I needed a larger, covered mailbox and bought this one. It’s big enough to hold 2 weeks worth of mail (although during the election, I had my neighbor remove any political ads and the junk mail so that the box would not become too full). I am able to lock the mailbox, but I do not receive sensitive information in the mail and generally leave it unlocked which also makes it easier for my mail carrier to place my mail in the box since they can open the main compartment instead of having to try to fit everything through the slot. The cover protects my mail from the elements, and overall it was a very good purchase. Before installing the mailbox, I added a bird decal and house numbers to give it a distinctive look. I have had this mailbox in place for over a year now, and it seems durable and has had no color fade. I cannot comment on the installation because I decided to pay a handyman to install the mailbox for me, and he did a much better job than I could have. *This review was made in good faith based on my personal experience with the product. Easy to put up and looks great. Quality metal and locking mechanism. I'm sure it will last a long time. So far, it seems to hold up to the weather as well. Rain does not get in.

Loving this mailbox, easy to install, holds lots of mail, seems weather durable! Simple classic design!

Arrived with a couple of knicks but we needed the mailbox. Overall, satisfied with the size. It's big and allows the mailperson to place a good amount of mail if we happen to go out of town. The price was also a big seller. I have no regrets about my purchase and do recommend it.

This item very good.

Solid built mailbox. The key definitely helps as its used at a business location and we get sensitive documents so it keeps them safe

This mailbox is a great heavy quality. It can be locked if you wish but we don’t use that feature. Easy to hang. We’ve had it up for over a year and it still looks brand new.

Great mailbox hold up in any kind of weather. Has a key lock which I love. Price is good, size perfect. Color doesn't fade.

ótimo acabamento do produto, pintura de qualidade e fechadura muito boa

El material se siente resistente, fue fácil de montar

Estetyczne i dobrze wykonane

The mailbox is solid, secure and the best part is that the mail does not get wet. The double lid is a brilliant idea. The mailman lifts the top lid to expose the mail slot and we use the key to open the secure. inner lid. Construction is solid It is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

The bolt/e-clips etc that secure the lid to the post box are very poor design as the components come away and the lid falls away. That is a real shame because otherwise the box is sturdy and water proof
