I bought this Mighty Max ML‑U1 AGM for my Toro TimeCutter Zero Turn (model 75742), and it’s an exact fit. The battery compartment on these mowers is tight, so I was relieved that this one dropped right in with no modification. The mower fired up immediately on the first turn of the key, and I was able to mow the lawn the same afternoon it arrived. The AGM design is a big upgrade over the original wet‑cell battery — no maintenance, better vibration resistance, and noticeably stronger cranking power. The battery can feed into Ariens Apex 60 zero-turn lawnmower (2017 model) battery bay. The battery is tightly fitted without any extra space. Upon arrival, the battery voltage was 13.4V. The build quality appears to be good from the outside. Will see how it works after winter.

Great battery for your mower. Was actually a little wider than stock battery, but managed to get it in. Started right up.

Battery arrived with the positive terminal crushed. There was no way I could use it because you could not put the bolt through the terminal hole. Contacted Amazon and they said they would send a replacement asap. They said at my convenience, drop the defective battery off at UPS, which I did. Replacement battery came 5 days after I made contact with Amazon. No damage this time. I installed it no problem. Battery was 80% charged when I received it. Trickle charged it overnight to 100%. Starts my garden tractor with no problem. Battery seems to have a lot of power, which is good since I have a snow plow with lights and and a electric lift, which I might have to use soon. I need another battery for one of my other tractors for spring to mow grass. If this battery works out, and I don’t see any reason It would not, I will purchase another one.

This little battery is great. Time will tell how long it lasts but after one week it is holding a voltage of 13.2 volts installed on a zero turn mower

I gave THREE times as much for this battery ($69.99) than for the cheap equivalent at Walmart. Expecting to be rewarded for buying quality over quantity, it lasted one season, just like the cheap ones. I bought this 03/01/2025, called 03/13/2026 and was told it was 12 days out of warranty. Yes, I kept it indoors and trickle charged periodically through the winter. It's just a sorry little lawnmower battery no better than Lowe's, Walmart, etc. I got burned on this one.
