Can you adjust the coupler to fit the ball better?

No. This is only a 2-5/16” ball coupler. The coupler can be adjusted vertically to account for squat while keeping a level trailer.

What size hole is the safety pin? I like to have one for extra safety.

The safety pin is 5/16" diameter.

Does this come with mounting bolts?

It does not however if you make a request we can send mounting bolts along with your order.

Where can I find a new composite handle?

Contact the manufacturer Demco-products, part number 6008 is the composite handle repair kit.
