Prodigal Summer: Author of Demon Copperhead, Winner of the Women’s Prize for Fiction

This is among my favourite books - and I've been reading about 30 a year for 40 years now. I love Ms. Kingsolver's deep knowledge of nature and how she brings it out in the wonderful characters. Her prose is powerful and poetic; the plotting deft and smooth. A wonderful, wonderful read and one to own always.

I don't need to replace my order of the present book it is good it condition except some queries so period it takes too much time

If you , like me , are a big fan of Kingsolver, please avoid this book. Baffling how a writer who wrote as sublime a book as Poisonwood Bible and Lacuna could've written something like this. An improbable love story, characters you cant really get behind, the book was very disappointing.
