Sturdy, attractive color — after having being folded, full length immediately springs open without delay. When folded takes up minimal space, as for example in a shopping cart. Good product, inexpensive.

This cane is truly awesome for its design and price. I have owned two (2) other RMS canes and have been very satisfied with them. I use this cane as an extra and for travel. It's like a magician's trick the way it opens. Highly recommend.

Quite light weight (in a good way) and easy to fold and carry. This type of cane in my opinion is not for someone who uses their cane for every step, but wants a cane to carry and use when they are unsure about a surface. Imortant to note - this cane goes up to 38 inches. Similar ones of about equal quality go to 37 inches. They are all specified as good for people well over 6 feet tall. I find that the one inch difference makes this item far more desirable, even though there may be slightly better constructed canes.

I have arthritis, I needed a potable cane for just in case. My other cane is wooden, hand made and I love it but I needed a travel cane. I don’t need a cane all the time but I’m easily hurt, one slip will do it thus the need for a packable cane. Seems like it could be your everyday cane if you needed one. It’s compact, light and though I have significant arthritis in my hands I was able to fold it back up with some effort, hard plastic holder slipped on easily. One section didn’t seem to fit as well as the others but it was stable. I tried it, seems okay. It adjusted to the height I needed no problem, I have a 32” inseam. Rubber tip is heavy duty. I bought the blue, nice color. I would recommend.

Everyone hates to become dependent upon aides for walking and performing daily chores, but this has helped considerably when I've needed it most. Due to multiple issues I cannot manage to walk on unassisted more than 50 years, and sometimes not even that. This has become a necessity to just being able to walk into and out of work. I was leery of using a multi-piece cane, but it's been very durable and sturdy. It does fit nicely into my vehicle, right between the seat and the door without causing any issues with interference by my feet, though it is also nice to be able to collapse it for the times you cannot just hang or rest is somewhere. The finish on the stick portion is holding up very well, and after the time I've had it, though the handle portion is starting to have a couple spots where it has chipped a bit. Nonetheless, it's very comfortable to use and sturdy. I might even pick up a second one as I don't always bring this one in from my car as I don't often need it inside my home.

Easy to travel with.

This is a sturdy cane. It’s very easy to open and folds up easily too. The handle is a slightly soft plastic and feels comfortable to hold. If you’ve never used one of these collapsible canes, be assured they are very sturdy and cannot close up by themselves. You must intentionally pull it and fold it. SAVE YOUR CLIP that comes with the cane. It’s an oval plastic band that slides over the folded cane. You can reuse it when you fold up your cane. Then put your folded cane in a large pocketbook or carry bag when not in use. When you remove that oval plastic band, the cane will POP open ready to use, so take care which way it is pointed when opening. One last note, these canes come in different lengths to accommodate people of different heights. Check the range of sizes to be sure you can adjust the cane length to your needs.
