It's good and tastes and smells how real fish oil usually tastes and smells like. You won't get the taste or smell since you just swallow it, but to test, I bit into the capsule and it was normal fish oil. 100 softgels for $7 is hard to beat on this site. The quality is also probably higher because it says it's both Halal and Kosher, and those have much stricter requirements compared to regular stuff.

Great supplement ! Large pill but still easy to swallow. Doesn’t have a fishy after taste wish is nice and I can honestly feel the difference since starting taking these about a month ago. I have not noticed any side effects from this supplement.

This omega-3 isn't bad, but it's not great either. It helps keep your brain cells healthy and clears your mind, but it's not the best out there. Considering the price, I would order it again.

These are good, they don’t have a strong smell or flavor. No fishy burps or anything. They seem to help improve my mood overall no side effect will buy again.
