Barracuda 2.5"" HDD 4TB

This is Seagate barracuda 7 mm 2.5” hard disk. Worth for money and easy to install. I bought it for 2999.the data processing speed is really good and give a new life to my Acer Aspire 4743. A little expensive compare to other models but the speed is really good.just go for it. This is day one review. Let’s see how it’s going to work on coming days. I am disappointed with product package. This product is not shock free. Any medium shock may affect the life of HDD. Amazon have to consider to pack with bubble pack. I had received the product in a polythene cover. Review after two years of using. Excellent product.

HDD is good but looking at the other reviews I was worried that it would not be packaged well enough. So I contacted Amazon customer service right after ordering the hdd and requested them to tell the seller to pack it well with bubble wrap. Please do so if you order this product.

The hard disc is good and performs well, but they should have included a fixing bracket.

The product was perfect and very easy to install, the online warranty registration process is also very easy. I have used the hard disk to install on my laptop hp 2000-2202TU and it works great now. The packaging was not good which made me suspect the originality of the product however all the doubts were gone once warranty registration was done. Overall a really good buy.

My earlier hard disk got corrupt so bought this one and I'm pretty satisfied by it's performance. This drive is pretty fast my windows performance has improved drastically. I do mostly coding and some casual gaming and this seems to be a perfect fit.

Am not happy at all with this product. Firstly it was very poorly packed without any box. All electronic products are delicate and it has to be well protected. Secondly the HDD started giving trouble after few days of installation. It is not detecting. Am not able to contact retailer Appario Retail Private Ltd. Since the return period is over now am not sure where to go. when i check seagate site it was asking to check with retailer where it was purchased.

It is a replacement for the old laptop, works very good without any problem. Out of 500 GB space there is a limitation for partition volumes, maximum we can go for three partition, how ever this is not a big issue.

This is a replacement for a similar drive that failed in a small laptop after a severe drop. It installed with no trouble, partitioned, formatted and reinstalled the operating systems and everything is working fine with no unusual burps or clicks and the usual burn-in time has elapsed with zero issues. These are designed to be laptop drives or backup drives of course, and it should be no surprise they get a little het up and stumble in things like media servers and gaming systems. Likewise be wary of the one-stars who are not actually reviewing this product but something lesser they received from a repackager. Check your vendor and make sure you are getting the exact factory new product and then use it for its intended purpose, and these inexpensive little drives will work fine. acquistato con lo scopo di sostituire l’hard disk della playstation3. Il pacco è arrivato in ordine ben imballato (cosa importante per attrezzature così sensibili ai colpi). L’hard disk rispetta le specifiche ed è perfettamente compatibile con le playstation3; l’ho montato sulla mia slim, ma le specifiche sono le stesse anche per le altre versioni. L’hard disk è a puntina, quindi la velocità è la medesima del disco precedente, non ha dato alcun problema, e ad un mese dall’installazione tutto va bene. ho messo 5 stelle per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Lo instalé en un portátil Lenovo como HDD secundario, solo para almacenar los datos importantes ya que el SO y programas arrancan desde un SSD, y debo decir que este disco hace muy poco ruido y el nivel de lectura es bueno. Lo malo podría ser la capacidad que 1Tb da para guardar solo datos importantes (fotos, videos, y poquito más), pero es una opción económica y una marca muy fiable.

Installé sans problème... fonctionne comme prévu.

j'ai acheté ce produit pour remplacer le disque d'origine qui ne fonctionné plus je l'ai mis en place , initialisé , partitionné , réinstallé windows , et cela fonctionne très bien
