Good read for leisure reading and academia
This book was required for a class I was taking. Rarely do you find a textbook that is also a “good read” so to speak. I enjoyed reading this book for class and I’m sure I’ll read it again after the class has ended.

Important concepts!
I decided to purchase this textbook for my Organizational Change course. The concepts in this textbook is really relevant to the modern business environment. However, the way the book is structure is somewhat boring and repetitive. It is difficult to read sometimes, because the same facts will be repeated over and over again without elaborating on the intended purposes. That being said, it is a good textbook to read for any important stakeholders or potential business leaders that wants to create positive organizational change.
