Is the mold shiny or matte on the inside?

The molds are shiny on the inside. The chocolate is easily unmolded if allowed to warm slightly after removing from refrigerator. I do not recommend placing molded chocolate in the freezer.

Are these molds bpa free?

I’m not 100% but they bake fine and wash fine. No color change. Just as good as my silicone molds bought at AC Moore etc.
