Absolutely not true to size! I ordered a size 6 X, having measured my thigh 4” above kneecap equaling 28”. I can say that it was way too tight. Very disappointed.

I tweaked my knee and felt I needed some support so that I wouldn't fall down if it slipped out. I feel more confident walking around the house and outside. It fits under my jeans and the only uncomfortable thing is when I sit and have my knee bent, it gathers at the back of my knee. Of course, it does because the knee is bent so I understand that. Otherwise, it is doing the job I wanted done.

Used the measurement guide for ordering but the brace runs a little small. The brace is not very elastic so when at the large end of the sizing go to the next size up. Good quality but just runs on the small side

Used chart to figure out size, when I received it I was so excited until I took it out of box, you could see that the size was way too small, I could not even get it up my leg because of the lower part of brace, top part may have fit but was unable to get it up. The contour of the brace did not work for me. It did seem like a good quality brace and if size is not a problem with you (I have large legs) would seem to work. I was able to return it with no problem so 5 stars for customer service.

Love this product!!! I have been struggling for literally years with pain in my knees. I finally broke down and ordered these. Initially, I purchased the 4XL size based on their sizing chart. They didn't quite seem to give me the support I was hoping to get, so I ordered the 3XL. Received them today and I am very pleased. I have the support I am looking for. I will be purchasing another. I did try another brand and type of sleeve that I was totally displeased with. As soon as I tried on the other brand, they were rolling down my legs, sending those back and going to reorder these from Novrliy! My only advice to anyone considering purchasing this knee sleeve would be if you are looking for a snugger fit, you may want to try one size smaller than what is suggested on the sizing chart.

I landed on this compression sleeve because of the sizes available. I struggled pulling it on but then again it’s a compression brace and it should be snug. The top didn’t roll and it didn’t leave marks on my leg from being too tight and it actually made my knee feel better. I was wearing it under cotton t-shirt-like pants and it was noisy. Meaning the brace material and my pant material together made a sound when I walked. Not like corduroy but still it was noticeable. Not enough for me to give up on wearing it though.

This knee brace is true to size indicated (6xl). I would definitely buy from this seller again. Item arrived one week earlier than advised.
