Would these be any good for wheelchair handles?

They weren't any good for the crutches, too thick.

Do they come as a pair and are they any hood

Yes they come as a pair. Unfortunately I have arthritis in my thumb joints so it made the grip too big for me to hold. However I am sure they would work well for anyone with larger hands.

Can i use them for a walking frame

Only if its an open handle frame as it slips on the end like a glove rather than just wrap around
