Delicious and versatile
Clued into this from some Chinese cooks and it's amazing. Been using it every time I've made fried rice or to season scrambled eggs and omelettes. Also used to season fried chicken to make it more chickeny.

Good
This is good, especially for some Chinese restaurant dishes like egg drop soup. I thought the MSG would make a bigger different but honestly it doesn't taste that different from standard chicken bouillon powder. I even had to add some extra MSG. So it's definitely tasty but there are comparable/better options for cheaper.
