Is this study enough for someone who isn't a good walker. She uses a hostess trolley in the house

Purchased this for elderly mother who is unsteady on her feet & used to use a trolley indoors. It gives her confidence to be able to walk about (can close up to go through narrow spaces) & the brakes allow her to go at her own speed. She also uses it outdoors & fits neatly into the boot of car. Good quality & has certainly enhanced her quality of life / mobility.

How long is the warranty?

The Warranty is for 12 months on parts but does not include wear and tear.

Wish I had not wasted my money on this

Within a few months this walker became faulty Repeated attempts for a refund have gone unanswered I am not happy at all as it is guaranteed for five years I have noticed that it is no longer available Is this because there is a manufacturing flaw perhaps ?

I need a mobility walker due to my lack of stability however when it arrived the one break did not work and it wobbled when I pushed it as the wheels were nor aligned.
