Gingerbread Baby

This is a precious book for children. The illustrations are amazing. My 5 yo granddaughter wanted me to read it 3 times in a row!

The story itself is adorable and easy to follow, making it an excellent choice for young readers or for reading aloud. It follows the journey of a little gingerbread baby who comes to life and causes all sorts of chaos. The twist at the end is unexpected and delightful, leaving you with a warm and satisfied feeling.

A really amazing board book with very detailed illustrations that I totally adore. Combined with a very clever story of a gingerbread's adventure, is the perfect book for every child and adult. I can't stop looking at these illustrations, this book has made me really happy!

THIS IS A BOARD BOOK. It does have the full story, but I was surprised to recieve a board book when I expected a bigger hardback.

I bought this for my 3 year old. She is a JannBrett fan, i passed down my books to her from when i was little. The pictures are amazing and the book is so sweet ! Bought for Christmas.

One of our family favorites! This book is engaging, the story is well written and interesting to children as young as 3 and even as old as 12. I especially like the illustrations. They are filled with detail, movement, color, and the many illustrations on the edge of the pages tell a story all their own! It creates wonderful opportunities to talk with children about what might be happening and what might happen next. I have been reading this book to my kids for more than 15 years and needed a new copy. The last page of the book is all of my kids favorite page, with a wonderful surprise under angingerbread house. I recommend this book to all families.

C'est un très beau livre que mon bébé adore (on le lit tous les jours !). L'histoire est facile à comprendre et les dessins sont magnifiques. Seul défaut : un peu fragile (la porte de la maison en pain d'épice a été arrachée rapidement).

My daughter discovered this book at the local library and couldn’t stop talking about it for weeks after it was returned. We gifted it to her for her 3rd birthday and she LOVES it. There is a surprise at the end that is very cute: a wonderful book!!!
