Love this product. It really does help you sweat but doesn't leave you greasy. The scent wasn't over powering or distracting. You don't have to over apply to get results so it lasts for a good while. Great purchase for your dollar.

I have been using the sweet sweat waist trainer for well over 6 months now and I am obsessed. I literally use it every day. I first heard of sweet sweat from my fitness idol Lauren Drain Kagen and highly considered purchasing it, and when I finally did I wasn't disappointed. I am always skeptical about buying things that fitness idols endorse because you never really know what their true opinions really are. Lauren uses this ALL THE TIME so I figured it HAD to be doing something she liked, so I got it. I purchased the yellow Large waist training belt along with the sweet sweat workout enhancing gel in the stick. IT WAS AMAZING! I used to just be an avid runner and It made my core shape up beautifully. I was hesitant about how it was going to work for me when I decided to start body building and I can honestly say I still does wonders even though I am not doing as much cardio. I wear it any and every time I am in the gym and it never fails to leave me with a good sweat. I recently had to purchase a new belt (i went with the pink one) and a tub of the coconut workout enhancing gel because I wore out my old one and trimmed my love handles to the point that I needed a smaller one! Very impressed with the results and I recommend it to all my friends who train. I even got my friend one and she uses it all the time now and is grossed out by the amount of sweat she gets, even without the gel! Great product.

While I liked it, and it did help produce even more sweat than normal underneath my sauna suit, it isn't AS effective as the original. However. I wanted to try the coconut one because I didn't want it to smell like anything strong or offensive. My friend had given me one of the sample packets of the original to compare it to. I also have another type of product to compare it to. It's really just as useful as the other product, but this smells cleaner. You don't have to use as much as they try to say you need to use. They say to liberally apply, but that's so you use it faster and have to peel off another $40 to re-up. I would recommend it, though, because it does work. I only use it around my abdomen so I won't be running out very quickly. And I alternate (use each separately, not together) with my other similar product just to help it stretch.

So, let me start first with I do NOT use this to loos weight. I am WELL aware that is more gimmick than reality (you lose water weight) for that. That being said, I am a HUGE fan of this product. Why, because I SWEAT EVERYTHING OUT, and whether that's a gimmick or not, I feel better. I pair this with the waist trainer and armbands to really sweat. FOr me, it's like utilizing a sauna while doing a workout. I take them off and sweat POURS out ( I actually have to stand on a towel because it's that messy). I also put it on my lower legs (I ride a Peloton bike for cardio) and even without the bands, there are beads of sweat all over wherever this product has been placed. I also like this scent WAY more than the others. The other scents were way too perfumed and gave me a headache. This just smells like coconut and summer, not too strong. Here are some tips: 1. It says to not rub in. I have always given a light rub to distribute evenly and it still works great. 2. Get the tub vs. the stick. It lasts three times as long and doesn't;t make a hot mess. This stuff melts at warm temperatures and the stick will lead out the bottom. The tub keeps clean. 3. Since I have started using this I have noticed a reduction in my stretch marks and my skin is WAY softer and moisturized. So, if you are on the fence, you can buy some of the individual packets, but I don't think you will be disappointed. Pair with the arm/abdomen or thigh wraps for maximum experience.

This stuff is amazing! If you thought you got a good sweat with the sweatband, just wait till you see the difference once you apply this under it! I came across this and figured why not, the worst that can happen is smell like coconut while I work out right?! Really glad I gave it a shot. I tried a couple ways of applying it and these are just a couple tips: -A little goes a long way! I made the mistake of applying too much and it made my sweatband move up to my chest and then I wasn’t able to keep it in its place since it was all slimy. Less is definitely more in this situation! -Keeping it in the fridge is unnecessary! I placed it in there since the top layer looked like it was liquifying too fast as I was dipping in. Well, placing it in the fridge made it impossible to apply the next morning, it was solid as a rock! I tried scooping it with a spoon but it took forever and I wasn’t having it lol -It can be messy! I personally hate the feeling of needing to wash my hands a million times because of an oily residue. So I actually apply this while wearing latex surgical gloves (yeah I’m THAT person lol) but it helps keep the exteriror of my sweatband clean and I save time by being able to just throw out the gloves afterwards. Plus none of it gets under my nails that way! Dont get me wrong, this product doesn’t leave my core feeling greasy after I shower. -Best way to remove is grabbing a dry washcloth and wiping everything away prior to hopping in the shower.

Avevo già utilizzato la versione in stick ma quasto è molto piu' cremoso e il profumo davvero buono. Il suo lavoro lo fa bene in sinergia con la fascia in neoprene, fa sudare ed emana buon profumo. Ovviamente non fa dimagrire perchè l'effetto di Perdita di liquidi è solamente temporaneo. Uno neo ( riscontrato anche con versione in stick ) si fa un po' fatica a risciacquare e si rimane sempre un po' unticci.
