This review is specifically for the Haerkn 22 gauge and 18 gauge silicone insulated stranded wire. I have used some of it now and it is very good, meeting or exceeding my expectations. I have had none of the problems separating the 2 wires as others have mentioned. The silicone is real and very flexible. It does not shrink back when soldered. I hope I never have to use PVC insulated wire again. The wire appears to actually be tinned copper when viewed end on after cutting and is not at all magnetic. Easily solderable. I just stripped a bit of each wire with the strippers set to the appropriate gauge setting and that worked perfectly so they are the appropriate cross section. Now all I want is larger spools of it!

Very flexible.. Excellent for light load uses.. I am running the wire to a small LED light off my driveway. Works great.

Excellent wire at a great price! Very flexible and easy to work with. My only reservation is that the wires separate a little TOO easily. I was doing some soldering work, which required me to separate the wires at the solder points. However, it seemed that even minor movements at that point caused the wire to separate further. However, now that I know that, it can easily be prevented.

Bought this wire for an LED sign I was making. Hubby was doing the wiring and said this wire was so easy to work with: easy to strip with his fingernails, easy to cut and maneuver. Very happy with the purchase

Be carefully when separating conductors , it is easy to damage insulation and helps to tin wire after stripping insulation

Good value wire that is very flexible. It works for my use case. Would I buy again prob not. I have so much of the wire it will be a while before I go through it all. Product is as it says it is so no complaints there and its easy to work with.

Got the 22AWG silicon red/black 100ft for the pair. The roll is smallish and comes in a box. The roll and the box are rather non descript. The only warning is about some 420C temperature so that would imply silicone. I tested, measured and despite the lack of notices on box and/roll, the wire meets its specs. Insulation is silicon as it easily survives a hot iron for seconds while pvc melts on contact. The wires are 22AWG stranded and the materials is tinned copper. I measured it dimensionally ~0.73mm and resistance ~35mOhm/1foot/2wires and got as expected. Did not measure the length.

This is the first time that I have seen the length for each conductor eg.200 feet for 100' of two wire cable. It is still 100' long no matter how many conductors.
