Oh Yes! Last fall I took my Sthil leaf blower clear around my yard which is about an acre blowing leaves to the center of the  yard to mulch them, it took about two hours. Then next morning I could not lift my arms. I believe they call it it tennis elbow. I heard the one tendin tear. The next morning I could not lift my forearms up. Great pain. I saw these and ordered them. Their wonderful. Wore them about 4 months. Yes they adjust to the forearm. Their great. Where do you wear this band exactly?

Depends on your diagnosis or wear the pain is. If you face forward (Anatomical position) and turn your thumbs out if your pain is on the outside of your arm, you should have been diagnosed with Tennis Elbow pain and this is were you place the Band-It logo over the apex or top of muscle belly. This muscle pumps up when you move against resistance when you move your hand towards the center of your body and you try to hit the ball as hard as you can, in a back stoke in tennis. In the Anatomical position (thumbs out) if your pain is in the inside of your elbow you should have been diagnosed with Golfer's Elbow pain and again this is were you place the Band-It logo over the apex or top of muscle belly. This muscle pumps up when you move against resistance when you move your hand towards the center of your body in golf right after the top of your swing and you are trying to hit the ball as hard as you can. So again you wear it over the top of the muscle belly. This is the only band I recommend because it is the only Band in the market that allows you to tighten down on the muscle belly without causing a circumferential pressure or a tourniquet affect on the lower arm. If you refuse to use this typr the get a air or gel bubble type at least these have a better chance not to reduce circulation in the lower arm when you tight the band.

WIll this work equally well for golfer's elbow?

Yes, to me this is the best one in the market because it works for both Tennis Elbow ( lateral epicondylitis ) or Golfer's Elbow ( medial epicondylitis ). I tell the patient to place the Logo on the top of the muscle that is causing the pain. But since it works equally wear on either muscle belly, being able to tighten down on the muscle belly during activity and change the pull of the muscle on the bone reducing pain. Along without not tightening circumferentially like most other products do and reduce circulation to the lower arm. This will work as well for golfer's elbow and better than anything else I have tried for my patient's served.

Do you think it would work wet? My sports activities that aggravate my elbow involve water.

If I'm sweating heavily, my well-worn BandIT does slip (most of the people I know who use this band don't sweat as much as I do, love it, and use them for years). That said, my forearm is angled more than most people's, which might contribute to the slipping too.This band absorbs shock, but doesn't apply pressure to that sweet spot where you might want it, if you're in pain while you are using it. I would probably consider an elbow support that involves a sleeve, or consider wearing a sleeve of some sort over the band. Finally, if you're in a lot of pain, get yourself a Thera-Bar and use it, and get at least one deep hard massage on your arms. These two things (along with Aleve or something similar) will make a huge difference.
