Tough, rootsy, uptempo Blues at it's finest! Great stuff!

Robin and the boys really tear it up on this album. I recently got this CD and was blown away. Reminds me of a cross between Rory Gallagher and Savoy Brown, with a touch of Rocky Horror thrown in for spice. Great Blues musicianship, with some fresh versions of old standards. The Dixieland treatment of "Love in Vain" is amazing. If you're looking for good timey, upbeat Blues, fresh and fun, look no further. I'm on my way to go purchase his other release with the Five Points Band. Enjoy!
