Everyone should have this in their first aid kit!!
Must have for the first aid box! Having burnt myself with hot glue gun glue and making a right mess of my had these were a lifesaver. Really helped with the pain. Easy to use and we will always have this in our first aid box from now on just in case. I tried other brands and found they didn’t work quite as well. Also works well on sunburn.

These are cooling gel squares - not a plaster/fabric dressing type of thing
My mistake I expected a Jelonet type of burn dressing but these are squares of clear wet gel. I got scalded by steam from a pan - 1.5" by 0.5" burn which as I was 'busy' (being daft and not paying attention to) I managed to smear the skin half off. Bought these to arrive the next day. Whilst not what I was expecting they certainly cooled it down and reduced the pain level. They were hard to get out of the packet without splattering goo everywhere and didn't really give me any confidence they would stay on. I use cling film as bandage to hold it in place which worked well. Ok for a for a first 'dressing' but quite awkward to use - especially on the back of your own hand. better than clingfilm on it's own though by an appreciable amount.

Pain eased
I burnt my hand on boiling milk and my hand was stuck to the pan, it instantly blistered and was agony. I put this item on as soon as it arrived, it provided instant relief for about 40 minutes then the throbbing started again, but it's a great item. Now my hand has healed and I think the scar is not as bad as it might of been thanks to the soothing and smoothing action of this item.

Unfortunately every house needs them.
These are very helpful when you need something to sooth a small burn . It’s very useful to keep a box in medical box .

avoid, product not fit for purpose
absolute waste of money it is not a dressing as has no bandage attached or with it, it is simply a piece of sponge soaked in a gel. this warms up and dries out in about 10minutes. pay for dearer ones which will be better
