This Holy Basil works great! I was using Himalayan but they have got overpriced! This works great and it is the real Holy Basil ...sanctum species. I also only need to take one instead of the 2 tabs in Himalayan. I do not take it during the day but at night it helps me fall off gently into sleepland. I can tell you if I do not take Holy Basil, I have a very difficult time handling stress. So it does have a longer effect such that it is still helping me in the daytime. So for me once a day dosing is good. It is like a very low dose of xanax might be. I don't like pharmaceuticals though. They are way too strong and with dangerous side effects

This is an excellent product for coming ones nervous system down and assisting and being a little kinder under stress.

These supplements actually really did work great for me. I took them every day. I noticed a benefit of energy support throughout the day and I also didn't experience any bad side effects, which I was obvi happy about. I should add that I have a chronic health condition, and I am also taking medication for that condition that makes me severely immunocompromised. So my body picks up on every little change.

I originally ordered to see if this would help with sleep. I know NutriOWN has quality products. It has improved my sleep. I seem to get more deep sleep now, not perfect but better. I also seem to be more relaxed during the day. I've taken it about 3 weeks but the first week I only took it at night. Now I take it twice a day. It's definitely worth it to keep taking it to see if my sleep will keep improving. Glad I tried it.

A taste inside the capsules revealed a very pleasing, strong content. Thx!

Never made me sleepy like the raw herb would do.

I want to Love this Product...but the water retention I have from it negates the benefits everyone is different give it a shot
