This seasoning is GREAT. I have to tell you, this seller is a very honest place. My previous bottle I didn't get. Not their fault.It could've got stolen off my porch. It was around the holidays. The food business is a hard business.I did not want any money or anything. Just wanted them to know about it.They gave me a full refund without even asking. My new favorite steak seasoning
I have been really happy with the el Mexicano Fajita seasoning that I purchased in the past and still purchase it. So I figured I would try the Carne Asada on steak. I bought a couple good steaks, marinaded both sides with the Carne Asada seasoning and a couple dashes Worcestershire sauce. I let mine sit only about 45 minutes because I was limited on time and I pan fried each side for 7 minutes. They ended up so tasty and flavorful. It’s not a pepper type flavor, but a all around type. Salty, sweet, peppery, it’s a flavor that doesn’t need any steak sauce to cover it up. But it is great with steak sauce.
