How do u use it do u put it on and wash it off??

I put it on my face, and use a wet wash cloth and take my make up off. It works great and your skin feels very good after using.

What are the ingredients

It’s good for sensitive skin and its dermatologist tested.

Can I wash this product off as opposed to wiping it off to remove make up?

I have never tried this, but I believe this product was made to be wiped instead of washed. Washing may not leave your face as moist as it would after being wiped off. I use facial wipes to remove the product.
