Nice switch for the money
Just installed these 3 days ago and they are working wonderful. They come on faster than any occupancy light that I have experienced. And if you've ever walked into a room that has had an occupancy light and the light does not come on it takes a minute to try and find the switch. Have not had any issues with these. One is installed in the hallway to my father's bathroom because he gets up in the middle of the night and this turns the light on for him so he can see. The other one is in the utility room which is nice to have when you're walking in and your hands are full of laundry. No fumbling for the light and you can walk straight over to the washing machine. The other nice thing about the switches is if you turn the light off after you leave it still works automatically when you come back to the room. So you don't have to wait for the switch to turn itself off but you can if you want. If I have any issues I will be sure to update my comment. The one issue I can see is the cover for the controls is kind of cheap so you don't want to be taking it on and off all the time. The tabs that hold it on will break and then you will be without a cover unless the company replaces this for free but I doubt it. Otherwise for the money this is a great occupancy switch.

great value, easy to install, works great.
I was going to buy a pair from Home Depot and when I went to the store, the ones there were more than twice the price. The HD ones had a higher amperage rating, but I just need these for two walk in closets with a single light dual bulb light fixture. They were easy to install, you can adjust the settings easily to make them more or less sensitive and change the timing of how long it stays on (i set it to one minute... it's just a closet.). Great value and works great. Had it installed for a month with no issues.

Works, with some quirks
Quirks: 1. These are affected by pressure changes. If someone closes a door in another room, the light treats that as motion. 2. Lights turn off while occupied. If you are working in the room, it does not seem to care about additional motion until its timer expires and then if there is no motion it turns off. You could be moving a lot but at the time the timer expires if you don't move, the light turns off. 3. If there is a power loss, these stay off and do not detect motion again until you manually turn them on.

Good at First then stopped
I had two of these same light switches until I had to replace one as it stopped working.. I replaced the unit and it has worked good for about 6 months, now it stays on or doesn't come on at all. Trying to find out if it has some sort of a reset as this happens after the power was shut off for a meter change. The one in my laundry room is good no issues. I would love to give this 5 stars but currently unable.

Works like a Charm, easy to install
Some comments for this product caused me to think that installation may be hard. That was not the case. Installation was very easy. My house has three wires from panel, black (hot), white (neutral) and ground. The bulb has 3 wires, black (hot to bulb), white (neutral) and ground. With simple switch, the black (hot) from panel and black (hot to bulb) are connected to the two separate points in the switch. The neutrals are directly connected together and the ground wire goes to the switch ground. This Motion Sensor switch comes with four wires, black (hot), red (load), white and green. When replacing a simple switch, connect the switch black to black (hot from panel), switch red to the black (hot to bulb - load), white to the white (neutral) and green to the ground. I installed this two days back, and the Motion Sensor Switch works like a charm. No issues so far.

Good Enough, but not the best out there
We ordered the set of 2 light switches. There are 3 dials on the inside: time, light sensitivity (how much light is needed to turn on), and motion sensitivity. One of these dials just spun freely in one of our switches; the company was great and sent us a replacement without issue; however, the switches are cheap feeling and the 3 setting knobs seems to be a bit imprecise. The timer switch goes from 5 seconds to 30 minutes and is not a linear increase in time as you turn the knob. The only way to know how long the switch is for is to set it for a general area and time it yourself. The motion sensitivity also seems off. We have one switch set right in the middle (so medium sensitivity?) in a room without any motion 95% of the time, but it frequently turns itself on and off. Finally, you need a small flathead screwdriver to turn these setting knobs and to put the cover back over the setting knobs (so you dont break the arms the snap into the base of the switch). All-in-all, the switch works well enough for the cost you pay. This is about half the price of other motion switches, so you can't be too upset about these things.

Very Good Motion Sensors
These work great and are very customizable based on what you need. You can adjust the sensitivity and the length of time the light stays on. Very easy to install with some electrical knowledge.

Eventually stop functioning
This switch eventually fails. I have 4 of these and they have all done the same thing. Here are the issues: 1. Light will not turn off with manual press. I have to press the off button repeatedly 20-30 times, not exaggerating before it will shut off. I hear the button click, and internal components click but light stays on. 2. After a few months of use and it working properly, the light decides to turn on even when there is no motion. Light comes on randomly throughout the day and night. I’ve adjusted settings, verified wiring with an electrician and have done all the troubleshooting I can. This is happening on all 4 of the 4 units I own. I turned the power off on one of them and left it off for 24 hours and it’s functioning again however this didn’t correct the issue for the other 3. These fail and are now useless. Waste of money, I wouldn’t buy again.
