This is my go to insert. I typically walk 2.5 to 3 millions steps a year at this point. I do wear decent shoes but these are a god send for metatarsal issues. For me this pays for itself. Fit is perfect I have never had an issue. If you ever get a large full metatarsal blister you will use these forever to help in comfort. I will say that after 2 million steps they will squeak. For me that says end of life and not a product issue. Inserts like shoes need replacing after longer use or intense steps. Meaning about 2 million steps or just shy of 7 months. Your mileage may vary.

I bought these for my SiL, who is a police officer and on his feet all day some days. He was having plantar fasciitis problems already and then he had to direct traffic when lights were out several days in a row. He was in a lot of pain, and I've been using the Woman's version of this for years, so I sent these to him. He said they immediately helped, and is now having fewer problems with his feet. Of course, he doesn't wear them all the time, so he isn't all better, but they have helped a great deal.

Probably the best insert I've tried since being diagnosed with collapsed arch. Orthopedic recommended them. I have.trued a couple more brands that seem adequate but these are the most supportive.

Are they good? Yes. Are they expensive? Yes.

This has become my preferred insole. They offer all day support and comfort during extended shifts that sometimes last 14 to 16 hours on non carpeted concrete indoor and outdoor surfaces.

While expensive for the material from which they are made, these orthotic inserts raise walking to a whole new level. They increase the comfort and support from every shoe in which I've tried them. I installed this pair in expensive, well-made Samuel Hubbard shoes, which already had decent insoles, and it made the Hubbards even more comfortable and less tiring for long walks. These are definitely better than the Dr. Scholl's you find at the big box store.

This help my PF pain a lot. As a nurse they save my feet and knees. Even for walks they are good. Great everyday insoles.

Aertrex is great because the arch starts closer to the heel which is different from others. I highly recommend, well worth the price.
