Easy to use. Battery life is poor. Not having the cord makes it convenient.

I love this vacuum. It is such a relief not to have a trailing cord. It does the 800 sq ft of trafficked areas of our house in about 15 minutes and there is still juice left in the battery. We have rugs at the doors, hardwood floors elsewhere. And the button for switching between rug and bare floor is very convenient. I took a chance on this refurbished model and it arrived packaged as if brand new. Saved a bundle and everything works fine. The only downside is pulling all of the dog hair from the bristles after vacuuming. But Shark made it as easy as they could, and it just shows how much this vacuum sucks up.

The power head will not spin, thus it doesn't pick up anything. Contacted seller and they said they would replace. Guess what they didn't
