will the Jubor bike tablet holder work on the Sunny exercise bike?

i use it on my sunny exercise bike and it works great.

Will a galaxy s7 phone fit in this?

Yes! I have used it to securely hold my gen 6 iPad and my iPhone 8. Assuming the galaxy s7 size falls someplace in between both Apple devices, it should be secure!

will this fit well on my roadbike handlebar while doing Zwift on smart trainer?

I can’t get the mount to attach to the back of holder. How does it work?

There is a screw that extends from the flat portion - the holder. That needs to be attached first by screwing on, finger tight - the rounded adapter piece. I was able to simply screw it onto the back. The other piece that looks like a "U" or a "C" slides over the handlebar, is then pinched to put the end tabs together (looks like a tiny lightbulb) and it is screwed onto the end of the adapter. Screwing until tight.
