Product not working properly after 1 month
Useless product, not able to count properly, not able to even 30 notes at a time. Notes are getting stuck. There is no support from them, don't depend on warranty as it is offsite warranty, also they never reply to your emails and calls. My money is wasted.

Accuracy of machine is good. But if u put all 100 together, it'll always always show error. Have to divide currency notes in group of 30-40 each time to work properly.Could have been better..

In fact, this was the second order for the same product, because I don't know what happened to the first order and I wasn't notified until I contacted Amazon technical support. However, in the second order, the product arrived at the expected time and was in good condition.
