Good clay
This is the clay my professor reccomended and its so smooth. It feels like polymer clay, thats how soft it is. Easy to use. However id buy from your local clay store. These 10lbs were not worth the $27 i paid. I could get 50lbs of this clay for $20. Edit 9/11/2021: I'm seeing a few reviewers complaining about mold in their clay. That's completely natural and good for your clay! Remember that clay is earth, it has natural minerals in it along with things that create mold. It's what makes your clay smooth and stick together as well. In my ceramics class in college, we made our own clay from scratch with left over clay in buckets from previous semesters. All of them had mold, its completely safe on your hands, just knead the clay. Dont be afraid of it.

Love this clay! **update!
This clay is so easy to work with. I used it for throwing on the wheel and for some hand building. It’s soft right out of the bag so didn’t require a lot of wedging. It was easy on hands while throwing it and remained smooth. Highly recommend! My first pieces are in for firing and I can’t wait to see how they come out. **update!! This clay fires beautifully!! It’s my favorite and I’m back to order for a third time!

Great clay for more intermediate users
Super smooth clay, feels like it has little to no grog. It's very dense so even though it's moist, it'll be tough to wedge. Very fun to work with! It's a bit more intermediate of a clay for sure.

mold?
I am disappointed in my clay for it looks and smells as if covered in mold. Emailed the company and the responded quickly with new clay on the way.

Little pricey but great clay!
Great clay! Price feels a little expensive for the amount of clay you get, BUT it’s been awhile since I’ve purchased clay, and what can you really expect when you’re ordering it from Amazon? No complaints with the clay, it’s a great, smooth clay with little grit. Personally I like a little more grit in my clay but this worked great.

Not 10 pounds
This clay was quite expensive and though I’m glad it was not moldy I was shorted the best part of a pound of clay

Throws nice!
Love it. Throws nicely. I’ve been using a few others brands but this is by far my favorite. Very smooth, soft and forgiven. I’m still pretty new to pottery and find this clay is easy to throw a mug.

It’s the B-mix clay I’m most fond of.
This clay is easy to work with. I find it’s easy to mold into the desired forms I want and it smooths nicely for final clean up. This fires at mid-range temperatures, which is easy on my kiln.
