Being diabetic, this was incredibly good. Each packet makes 1 4 inch fluffy pancake. So it’s very expensive at over $2 per pancake, ouch. But it didn’t increase my blood sugar at all throughout the day. And that was with a banana and 2 tbsp of light syrup. So it fits in my diet. It’s just very expensive for what you get.

Just as listed.Product always tastes good. Now the bad!Through Amazon prime this was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 8/15/2026 by 10:00pm however it was not delivered until Sunday 8/26/2026 at 7 :45pm. I got no notification from Amazon that it wouldn't be delivered on time. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I WILL NOT BE SUBSCRIBING TO AMAMAZON PRIME!

If I had eaten this with my eyes closed I would have thought I was eating a kitchen sponge that cleaned up after a pancake breakfast. The spongy texture was really tough to get past. The flavor was meh. Walden Farms blueberry syrup saved the day. Don't let the picture of two pancakes on the box fool you. You will get about a 4" pancake per pack. While flavor and texture only deserve a 1-2 star rating, I'm giving this sponge 3 stars because of the nutritional value it provides in my Ideal Protein alternative diet as well as for a much better price than IP. I knew I'd be making some flavor and texture sacrifices dieting, but wowza! I won't be buying this item again and will fork out the current price of $33 a box for IP pancakes if I desperately feel I need a pancake fix.

These pancakes are very tasty and good value compared to other protein pancakes. It's bit cumbersome to make one at a time, so we usually do a box or two in a big batch. We keep them in the fridge and reheat them with the toaster and they're still pretty tasty. As an added protein kick, instead of water we use an Atkins Protein shake. One 11oz carton per box (7) of pancake mix. We've made them with vanilla, chocolate and chocolate banana flavors.

Love this product, I just wish it was cheaper. I will continue to buy it though.

As far as protein products go this is the best! Slight vanilla taste which is delicious. Good aftertaste. Easy to make. This has become a staple in my weight loss menu plan.

I was surprised at how good they tasted. I added a touch of vanilla for sweetness, but found with the added vanilla they were almost too sweet, so they must stand well on their own. I found the batter too thin with the recommended 50ml of water, but I imagine this will vary according to each person's taste.

This is my first time purchasing from this brand. At first I was skeptical due to reviews, however so far I’ve been nothing but impressed with this, and future products I will purchase from this brand. The pancake mix is already measured, and put separately into their own packages, making it easy for me to just grab, and make, rather than measure, and pour back in like other brands. Each package makes around 2 small pancakes, unless you want to make mini pancakes I’d say you could make around 8 per package, or if you want 1 huge pancake then go for it. The flavour isn’t really there, if you mix with water like I did. It’s kind of sweet, with a hint of vanilla, but other than that bland. It is very filling, and could also be duped as bread if you want to be creative with the powdered mix. Only cons I’ve experienced are that: they do get sort of stale, and slim down, also when mixed with sugar free syrup they have a light after taste. They soak up liquid well though! Overall, I enjoyed it, and will repurchase!

Gross tasting! Tastes so sweet, very sweetened with the artificial sweetener, just gross. I have been having IP golden pancakes for 6 months, my husband was looking for something similar but not on IP program, so he tried this. Just awful!
