Allwon Empty Magnetic Eyeshadow Makeup Palette with 12Pcs 26mm Round Metal Pans

I bought this because I bought several palette pans from Sallys on sale- I could create my own 12pc palette with a mix and match of 3+ color schemes for the price of a cheap single pre-assembled 6pc one from the drug store. I have most of the slots filled and have been having a lot of fun creating different looks. Next time I will buy the larger one, to hold even more colors! The only thing I would suggest for this product is for there to be a mirror if you consider it a 'travel' case- because on the go you need a mirrior. Other than that there are no complaints; the pans stay inside very well, they're secure and the case itself is light, portable and has already taken a beating between my clumsy self and tiny vanity work area. I worked at Dillard's for a year and the MAC store sells palettes like this for over twice as much and this is a better quality and value I think.

Appears to be decent value for the money. My Ulta singles fit perfectly. The little metal pans are removable so I have those as extras. Turned palette upside down and gave a good shake and nothing budged. Should hold up well for travel. It does appear to scratch and show smudges easily. There are already a few scratches and smudges on the outside and that's just from going into my makeup bag once. Over all pleased though, as this is hard plastic and snaps closed opposed to the 'cardboard' type that just folds closed.

slim little palette that closes nicely and looks like the picture. I'm pressing loose eyeshadow samples and just needed a cheap option for storing them. If I decide to travel with this, I'll probably throw a sticker over the logo to make it 'cuter', but I don't tend to care much about my makeup packaging beyond it's functionality. This one does the job for cheap, so I'll be buying more.

This an option if want to depot ones eyeshadows. I am giving it a 5 as it is a sturdy palette. Downfall? Hard to open.overall? Worth a try and it holds what the description states. The size of it is just right for what it is used for.

I found that trying to put eye shadows in it did not work so well. I pressed them down, but they still ended up making a mess. I ended up take each individual container with on my trip.

This is a really nice palette, it has a nice substantial feel and a smooth mat texture. I was initially disappointed, because I'm a moron, and forgot that it came with metal inserts (I guess if you're some kind of makeup aficionado and you make your own eyeshadow) and thought that it didn't fit my shadows because they seemed to large for it, I was all ready to return it and then I remembered that they were removable and so it perfectly fits my ColourPop shadows! Very happy with this!!

It could be the pans I was using, but a few of them didn't stick to the magnet. They stay in place, though, there isn't enough room when the palette is closed for the pans to move from their spots. Overall, I'd recommend it.

I haven't been able to get any of my eye shadow singles to fit this packet. I've tried ones from Ulta and even one from PureAnada (Canada). None will fit, and it's too late now to return it.
