I am getting an error message that this item is not deliverable to my address in California. Is there a restriction?

I am also getting this error message. I tried to send it to my address in California and also my parents address in Illinois just to test. Neither address would allow me to purchase 1 or 2 boxes at the Amazon Choice price.

I believe that they're gluten free, but they are processed in a facility that also handles wheat and other gluten containing ingredients. So they're not certified gluten free.

Have they reverted back to their previous recipe?
