it is a 10qt. but it is a low 10qt. the sides are low. more of a braising pot

You can make it 4 big glass of rice in it it’s too wide and I really like it I used for family party.

Is this 18/8 or 18/10 stainless steel?

I don't know the thickness, but it's aluminum and reminds me of my US Navy cooking pans. I would say it a very thick pan.
