True to size
Normally I would just say "Yep it's a washer". Really didn't need stainless steel, but the price was right. But, these are better than what I'm use to getting at the local hardware store. Normally I can use a washer on the next size larger bolt to get a closer fit on the shank. These are more to size than most. I did need them for 5/16" bolts, glad I didn't order 1/4" like I normally get. Tried them on a 3/8" bolt out of curiosity and they will not go.

Good Stainless Steel Fasteners.
The 5/16" Nylock nuts are very good. The washers work well but are pretty thin. I used two for each end of the bolts in my application to insure strength and prevent any deformation.
