Apple Late-2018 MacBook Air with Core i5, 13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB (Renewed)

I recently purchased the Apple Late-2018 MacBook Air (Renewed) with the Core i5, 13-inch display, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage, and I am genuinely impressed. I was a bit nervous about buying a renewed laptop, but this MacBook looks and performs like it’s brand new. No scratches, no internal issues, no weird sounds, just smooth performance and a beautiful, clean device. I’m honestly surprised at how well-kept it is. On top of that, the seller was incredibly accommodating. I had a question shortly after my order, and they responded quickly and kindly. The level of customer service sealed the deal for me, they turned me into a lifetime customer. Thank you so much for offering a legit, high-quality product and for being so prompt and helpful. As excited and happy I was to receive this, I am so disappointed in this product. I bought this laptop for business. To carry to meet clients and have something small that is worth the travel and not having something so huge. Even though this is perfect, it arrived on time and the actual laptop is in amazing condition, the battery is not charging correctly. I have tried multiple outlets in the house along with even different chargers. It will charge up to 88% then it disconnects and starts dying to sometimes not even charging at all. I have an appointment with Apple already as on the screen, it is saying that the Power Source: Power adapter Battery is not charging. I called my friend who has this same exact Mac.. which she bought from the actual store and said that hers is now doing it as well but she has had hers for years. Needless to say, if they can't fix it, then this product will be returned unfortunately. I am bummed as this was my first Mac computer and also refurbished product to purchase.

💯percent satisfaction I am used to having my iPhone and my iPad syncing, it makes my life much easier but after loosing my iPad I had difficulty organizing my tasks and now thanks to this new Mac book i am back to my usual routine and loving it

I bought this computer from Amazon and overall, I’m really happy with it. It runs fast, looks nice, and handles my everyday tasks easily. The setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box. There were only a few small issues like charge issue and a couple scrapes . It just minor things like some updates taking longer than expected and the fan being a bit loud at times. Other than that, it’s been great so far and definitely worth the price.

Works great! Looks nice, is a bit beat up (scuffs and scratches on the top and a scratch on the screen) Battery life is surprisingly good. only major complaints is that the up arrow key does not work at all. not sure if its stuck or just broken. but it just doesn't work. Thankfully, I rarely use it but it is a hassle for things like writing papers for school.

I was ify buying a refursished computer but For the price I paid, I was surpise the quality and not one scratch! The only thing that didn’t come with is the “apple” brand charger but it works!! Very happy!

The laptop overall is clean and very sturdy. The storage runs fine, the sleek design makes it easier to see, and hold and the battery hold on fine. Just one issue, the laptop gets slower over time; I’ve had it for over two weeks now and it’s already acting up. I don’t know if this just apple because my old phone acted the same or specifically the laptop is bad. I bought this because of it cheapness but I realized I was taking a gamble with my money because things could go way worse according to other reviews; although, I plan to keep using it since I already invested into this laptop. I’m sure that I can fix the slowness with apple care or just a few tweaks with my settings.

We were sent a defective computer, which I’m really upset about because this was a Christmas gift for my husband. So, his gift doesn’t work. It doesn’t power on at all. I tried using the charger and cord that it came with and nothing. Then, to make sure it wasn’t just the power cord we were sent, I tried charging it with my own MacBook charger and still no power. The mousepad also appears to be and feels as if it’s jammed into the computer. Very poor quality control.

The article when received looked almost new, very little signs of use. The i5 processor works fine for my use, and I'm not convinced that the M1 chip has a great advantage over the i5 if running windows on this machine. Even though to M1 is lightning fast, the i5 is acceptable for me. I would recommend buying from this vendor again.

Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas, ya mismo las pongo. Compré el producto porque era ofertado como Reacondicionado - Excelente, al recibirlo llegó en deplorables condiciones, la computadora sucia, la pantalla manchada al grado que no se podía ni abrir el dispositivo, el teclado con teclas sin funcionar, la condición de la batería pedía a gritos ser reemplazada (mandaba alerta de cambio de batería cada 2 minutos). Para hacer la devolución y que me den un reembolso ha tomado más de un mes, y es fecha en que no me soluciona nada Amazon. Consideren dos veces antes de hacer la compra, porque el costo del producto no es bajo como para recibir un artículo de mala calidad, y encima que no lo procesen para recibir el dinero de regreso.
